Week 3. Digital Input
Analog Input
System

*Simple_serial
=*parenthesis to print
Print ln = print line
Delay(150) = otherwise it’s too fast to read
Serial.print= 1. for value, out of the quote. *at the end of “, space for numbers.
//For Arduino// = TX blinking

*Serial_date_entry_test
=Both TX and RX not blinking
Echo = tell me what i just sent
While = wait until someone types and enter
While loop= (!=bang),= no serial available
number = Serial.pareINT (whatever number will be int)

*Digital_input_test
=P3 & ground = LOW, P3&5V=HIGH
MANUAL SWITCH
(when not touching, it’s always high, when it’s touching, it’s low)
->one wire from ground &(TOUCHING) the other wire from – input(connected to P3) wire
=SUCCEEDED FOR A DIGITAL INPUT
(*WITH 10K OHM)

*ANALOG INPUT
= WITH 1000 OHM
*Arduino_input_analog_test
=5V means positive

*Servo Motor (simple_servo)
=Going to an angle that we asked to
=Attach = don’t plug it in, it means in software it’s connecting
=void loop = 1. write -> go to that angle ->pause ->another angle
*Simple_system_test
=THIS IS COOL! I can imagine my gears working in different directions as the viewer presses the button.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. HOOK UP INPUTS, RUN A TEST CODE
(If it doesn’t work, work it separately) (inputs, outputs-power supply, connection-, or code)
2. Hook up OUTPUTS, run a test code
3. Make a SIMPLE system code
4. It doesnt work? Go back to #1, and do it again (change codes around… whatev).
